One of our Blue Chip Clients is urgently looking for a Data Lead/Data Migration Consultant (SuccessFactors).

To ensure strong test management in the HCM project we are recruiting a Data Lead, who will fulfil a key role on driving data migration activities towards successful test execution.

Job description

Data cleansing across various systems and countries;

Extract data from Legacy systems;

Map data to the new templates;

Learn how to import data within the new success factors tool;

Execute the data migration into success factors;

Prepare data for various test cycles;

Provide input and support integration from a data perspective;

Coordinate the requirements of data for payroll

Liaising with 3rd party vendors ( how to extract the data)

Create and maintain data dictionary

Master data management and KPI's
