DATA INTEGRATION SPECIALIST - URGENTLY REQUIRED FOR DUBLIN CITY
LOCATION: DUBLIN
CONTRACT: 5 MONTH DAY RATE
Next Generation are looking for a Data Integration Specialist for a key financial organisation based in Dublin. This role requires the use of the Pervasive Data Integrator toolset; VB6, Oracle 10g it is pure extraction from systems, loading systems, not just as databases but different interfaces using various technologies.
THE ROLE:
- Development of data interfaces to create links between internal and external systems, and process data feeds used by a number of internal systems
- Development of integration services on the Oracle Service Bus which requires the use of XQuery, SQL and web services
- Design, development, testing and deployment of all new data interfaces to be used within the data infrastructure
- Conducting system reviews with business users and IT specialists to determine future integration requirements
- Design and development of Oracle/SQL Server procedures, tables and views to support the integration of multiple front and Back Office systems
- Maintenance and support of all existing interfaces
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Minimum 5 years data integration experience
- Strong PL/SQL experience, Oracle 10g
- Pervasive Data Integrator
- XQuery/SQL/Webservices/VB6
