RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execution of Enterprise Integration Strategy (SOA implementation) within the company in close cooperation with Integration Lead.
- Daily program management of all data integration activities.
- Coordination of all Teams effort (project plan tracking).
- Communication with all stakeholders.
- Manage the change process.
- Manage and coordinate a team of Project Managers responsible for specific initiatives.
- Active preparation for systems/interfaces evaluation.
- Provide localization/customization requirements to maximize effectiveness of new service contracts/interfaces development.
- Share the knowledge about interfaces/service contracts portfolio to maximize re-use and eliminate redundancy.
- Provide guidance to all parties to help them understand key tradeoffs and make informed decision.
- Potential travel.
SKILLS:
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
- Management/Technology degree (or equivalent).
- Prior experience with large project development is required.
- Strong program/project management experience.
- Highly organized, strong communicator with internal customers and teams.
- Ability to grasp abstract issues and identify concrete, actionable solutions.
- Senior team member with ability to speak concisely in English to both peers and top management.
- Strong ability to influence and drive change of the complex system landscapes.
- Ability to drive new technology offerings and delivery best of breed solutions.
- Experience in dealing with IT vendors in the delivery of complex systems.
- Strong candidate will demonstrate increased responsibility during career with global project ownership experience.
- At least 5 years at a similar position(s) within another company Project Management.
- Lead internal teams and vendors on project plans execution.
- Monitors and manages execution of deliverables and serves as the escalation point for delivery issues.
- Escalate issues to functional team leads/management when appropriate.
- Manage vendor/partner evaluation and on-going vendor management including work allocation and execution.
- Ability to establish and own relationships with key stakeholders.
