Capita is the leading provider of business process outsourcing services in the UK, specialising in the transformation and management of existing process as well as the implementation of new service infrastructures on behalf of third parties. We have an opportunity for Data Gatherers/Administrators to join one of our high profile Retail Banking clients on a fixed-term contract basis.

Based in Chester, this is a 7 month contract until 31st December 2013.Working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday.

7.00am - 3pm which paying £14,000 or

3.00pm to 11.00pm paying £16,000.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:-

-Ensure accurate preparation of case file and acquire additional information from customer and client systems as necessary for the case to be investigated by a Case Handler
-Obtain information in the most effective manner by phone, fax, letter or e-mail complying with all regulatory and company guidance and procedures and ensuring that a full audit trail is maintained
-Ensure that cases are progressed as efficiently as possible
-Effectively control the movement of files between offices and cases from/returns to the client, ensuring a full audit trail is maintained
-To escalate issues to the Team Manager in a pro-active fashion
-Manage own workflow in line with personal and team targets to ensure high quality work is delivered within set timescales.
-Continually improve team productivity and quality by identifying appropriate process improvements.
-Deliver consistent and reliable customer service by being proactive in your dealings with customers and responding professionally in all situations.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIRED

-8 A-C at GCSE or equivalent level of experience.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Confident and customer focused telephone manner
-Numeracy and computer literacy (eg Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook)
-Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage own workload in line with changing priorities
-A flexible, adaptable and pro-active approach is required
-Customer focused when dealing with a range of people
-Have meticulous attention to detail
-Able to work as part of a team
-Able to handle active case load of work, simultaneously dealing with numerous cases
-Willingness to be flexible and adapt to change quickly
