Data flow and Data Management Expert for Multinational Client in the H

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A DATA FLOW AND DATA MANAGEMENT EXPERT TO WORK FOR OUR MULTINATIONAL CLIENT IN THE HAGUE

EXPECTED TASKS AND DELIVERABLES BY THE CONSULTANT

- Re-engineering of the prior-art data management processes by using Business process modelling (BPM).
- Deliver BPMN diagrams modelling the business purpose of data management processes.
- Design of the future Data Management processes including a discussion of the foreseen technical architecture.
- Deliver a schematic design of a suitable platform for data management to replace the current batch processes.
- Analysis of advantages and disadvantages of four categories of requirements:
- Performance and elasticity
- Process design and maintenance
- monitoring and analytics
- Resilience and recoverability
- A gap analysis between existing initiatives in the Roadmap and prepare an implementation plan for a full migration.
- Deliver a discussion paper of the impact on the ongoing initiatives and areas where similar issues exist are taken into account.
- A preparation of a series of second level Demands to implement the new Data Management platform to support the newly defined prior-art data management processes
- Work closely with the subject matter experts from Information Services Design,
- Create and maintain technical documentation.

EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE

- Expert knowledge in data flow and data management processes.
- Knowledge in the following Mainframe (Z/OS, MVS, OMVS, batch, CICS, MQSeries, DB2, Cobol, Java).
- Knowledge in BPMN modelling.
- Familiarity with NoSQL document based databases (eg MongoDB) will be beneficial.
- Ability to create and maintain technical documentation.
- Good Communication skills, interpersonal skills and analytical skills.
- Being active in a multi-cultural environment, the Contractor shall have a very good level of English (oral and written)
