Projektbeschreibung

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Inputs information from a variety of sources into a computer database.
- Meet standards for production volume, accuracy, and completeness.
- Generates reports based on input data.
- Deleting pages from PDF documents and bookmarking PDF documents.
- Scan and review invoices.
- Scan documents then convert them into PDFs
- Perform standard scanning and data entry tasks according to team minimum production and accuracy standards.
- Process large volume of daily inter-company and US Mail.
- Examine Accounts Payable invoices for completeness, accuracy of information, and other potential problems in processing.
- Prepare paper invoices for scanning.
- Monitor and maintain electronic mailboxes for further processing of incoming invoices.
- Use of Xtender (document Manager) and Kofax scanning Software.

SKILLS:

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

- Must have 2-5 years extensive experience scanning and invoice data entry experience, specifically scanning documents and converting them to PDF files.
- In depth knowledge editing PDF files, converting word, excel, and tiff images into PDF documents, inserting pages into PDF documents.
- Experience with MS Office, specifically Access preferred.
- Efficient in Word and Excel documents.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well under various stressful and time sensitive situations.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Accounts Payable and Kofax scanning software experience preferred.
- Ability to follow instructions without supervisory follow-up.
