Data Entry - Quality Control Job

DATA QUALITY COORDINATOR needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with our client located in NEWTOWN SQUARE, PA.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Carrying out regular checks on references master data; identifying and repairing hard and soft data errors using defined processes and backup sources
- Generating regular reports and presentations on data quality status across all platforms and systems; creating special reports upon request
- Maintaining customer central business systems and platforms, including metadata values
- Entering new system data in accordance with data quality standards; publishing new reference collaterals to ensure distribution through all standard internal and external channels
- Providing training and assistance to other system users to develop competence and reinforce data quality standards

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Minimum of Bachelor's degree from accredited university, quantitative focus preferred
- Zero to two (0-2) years of previous experience working with data and/or data systems
- Knowledge of reporting and data management applications and techniques
- Skills required: detail-oriented, collaborative, proactive, deadline-oriented
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Powerpoint and Excel
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to articulate messages clearly and net out key points
- Able to interact throughout various levels of the organization
