Data Entry Operator - Data Input Clerk - Data Administrator

- Data entry of TV programme images into a database against the correct TV programmes
- Accurate entry of additional fields to the database in accordance with guidance
- Working through a pre-defined catalogue of programmes to be delivered to deadlines
- Mon-Fri office hours, based in office in West London

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accurate identification and ingestion of TV images into bespoke database
- Accurately log work completed, for reporting back to management and confirming project progress
- Escalate to the relevant teams as required
- Communicate effectively with relevant teams and maintain a good working relationship
- Follow agreed processes at all times

CANDIDATE SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Computer literate and competent in using BAU office tools including Outlook and Excel
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Accurate recording of detailed information in an easily understood form.
- Experience of working in an editorial/Broadcast Media environment preferred but not essential
- Professional working day 8-10 hours Mon-Fri office hours.
