Data Entry Operator

Great position open for a Data Entry Operator to come on board and work for a reputable telecoms client based in Ealing, West London. 3 months rolling contract - competitive rates - 8 - 10 hours Monday - Friday

ROLE PURPOSE:

Data entry of TV programme images into a database against the correct TV programmes

Accurate entry of additional metadata fields to the database in accordance with guidance

Working through a pre-defined catalogue of programmes to be delivered to deadlines

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Accurate identification and ingestion of TV images into bespoke database

Accurately log work completed, for reporting back to management and confirming project progress

Escalate to the relevant teams as required

Communicate effectively with relevant teams and maintain a good working relationship

Follow agreed processes at all times

KEY EXPERIENCE:

Computer literate and competent in using BAU office tools including Outlook and Excel

Excellent communication skills - written and verbal

Accurate recording of detailed information in an easily understood form.

Attention to detail and high standard of work

Demonstrate ability to prioritise and manage tasks

Self motivated with the ability to work without supervision

Excellent communication skills; verbal and written

A team player
