Projektbeschreibung
- Monitoring Remedy ticket queues for inter-NOC communications
- Replicate tickets from one Remedy system to the other as appropriate
- Manage updates into tickets on both systems as provided
- Work a four on four off shift pattern of 12 hour shifts with a hour break per shift - 7 to 7 day and night shift at alternating shifts
Responsibilities
- Monitor assigned ticket queues to ensure requests are actioned within target times
- Organise workload based on priority and adhere to agreed SLAs
- Ensure 100% accuracy on all work carried out and general data input housekeeping
- Be aware of all currently ongoing tickets and ensure they are progressed in line with SLAs
- Escalate to the relevant teams for updates as required
- Communicate effectively with relevant teams and maintain a good working relationship
- Follow agreed processes at all times
- Technical Competencies (Essential and Desirable)
- Computer literate and competent in using BAU office tools including Outlook and Excel
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Accurate recording of detailed information in an easily understood form.
