A leading telecommunications company has an exciting new opportunity for a Data Entry Operator on a contractual basis based in the Berkshire area.
The role entails:
*Accurate note taking via the telephone
*Data entry into In House System
*Escalation management (where required) of problems with delivery to LM within the War Room environment
*PO and Finance
*Customer-Landlord Liaison
The Data Entry Operator must also be:
*Able to work as part of a team
*Computer literate- Good MS Office skills in particular Excel
*Good attention to detail, listening and communication skills
*Good timekeeping
*Procedural awareness
Please not that this role requires you to be willing to work shift between 8am and midnight, 7 days per week to a maximum of 40 hours per week.
