- To provide timely and accurate information to internal and external customers in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- To assist in the extraction, co-ordination and analysis of data to support the company and its customers.
- To assist the Information Specialist in the collation and analysis of information for performance development and monitoring of the Agency's activities.
- Good Excel, Word, Outlook and Access skills and previous experience working in a similar role is desirable
