- Ability to pay close attention to detail.
- High School Diploma
- Comprehension of written, verbal instructions is a must.
- Must be dependable and committed to good attendance.
- PC skills, Proficiency in MS Office
- Fluent in English
- Experience with CRM
- Prior direct contact with clients in a customer service capacity
