Data Entry Coordinator Job

DATA ENTRY COORDINATOR needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in DANBURY, CONNECTICUT.

- Accurate data entry skills
- Data quality assurance experience

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Responsible for entering accurate investigator site information into Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) from the pre-designed template.
- Monitor Clinical Operations Support (COS) service mailbox for in-coming CTMS Study site set up/update requests and investigator database request.
- Review the CTMS request and investigator information forms according to established quality standards for completeness and accuracy.
- Responsible for entering accurate investigator information, site information to investigator database.
- Provide support ad-hoc request in the supporting areas.
- Resolve quality issues with clinical personnel by requesting corrections and if needed clarification
- Use electronic data storage systems such as designated network server, ShareRoom and other electronic systems as needed.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Accurate data entry skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Database maintenance/electronic data storage systems experience
- Ability to follow business processes and maintain documentation

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience working with clinical trial teams
- Previous experience with data entry of clinical trial or medical information
- Data entry experience into Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS)
