Joining us for a 3 month fixed term contract you will be required to maintain the various aspects of claimant administration in a timely, accurate and efficient manner and in line with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities:

Carry out / oversee the following areas for compliance, completeness and accuracy:

Creation, Editing and registration of claimant records

Processing of all updates to records and inputting to IT system

Liaise with the Manager and Assistant Manager of Registrations to bring about positive change within the Department

Checking new records for accuracy

Updating & maintaining system data

Maintain department procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements, SLA's, best practice and Company policies

Identify instances of non-compliance and refer to your team leader for resolution

Maintain training and competence standards

Liaise with colleagues and assist other areas of the business as and when required

*Maintain own professional competence

*Maintain an awareness and understanding of business activities
