Mulesoft Engineer (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- Help set up a MuleSoft business group and migrate/re-implement existing dataflows from Talend and WebMethods ETL to MuleSoft (mostly BULK jobs, flat file processing, Salesforce integration)
- Support with migration from Teradata to Hadoop platform (SQL jobs)

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- In-depth understanding of data management best practices, including ETL, data modeling, data management, file management, reference data management, etc.
- Good knowledge in Data Analysis and writing SQL, mostly Teradata, Hadoop, Python
- Experience and familiarity with ETL tools, mainly Talend Data Integration and especially MuleSoft
- Understanding of Salesforce data model and integration would be an advantage
- Ability to identify multiple approaches to problem solving and recommend the best-case solution
- Proven ability to work directly with users and management to gather requirements, provide status updates, and build good relationships and rapport
- Working knowledge of best practices for automating and monitoring batch jobs
- Experience delivering solutions for enterprise level systems, balancing real time vs batch processes
