Data Controller (SC)

DATA ANALYSTS

- Analyst to own the reporting process for daily Operational Performance Reporting (to customer - it thus has to be correct)and associated analysis
- Analyst to own the creation of Performance Team Work Instructions documents (how everything gets done) and the associated assurance data for PECS reporting
- Analyst to pick up day to day reporting that one team member currently does so he can be freed-up to undertake more complex tasks
- Analyst to support the continuous improvement analyst so we can provide data on additional performance data not currently within the remit of the Performance Team (eg sickness stats, overtime use, productivity etc.)
- Key skills and characteristics for all these analysts would be similar - excellent Excel proficiency (macro writing may be useful but not essential at this stage) including creating and maintaining graphs, tables etc., high degree of curiosity, first class attention to detail, ability to create and develop reports from data, sense of pace and deadline/process adherence, methodical planning, capacity to organise, analyse and understand large volumes of data quickly and accurately.
