For a long-term project at our client's site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced

DATA CONTROL ANALYST - RISK (4683)

The ideal candidate will be working in the Risk Control Operations Group Risk team. They manage Risk Data Sourcing and controlling activities for Credit Risk, Country Risk and Firm-Wide Risk and ensure Compliance with Regulatory Data Management requirements.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

- 3+ YEARS WORKING EXPERIENCE AS A DATA ANALYST WITH EXPERIENCE IN THE FINANCIAL SERVICES INDUSTRY, PREFERABLY IN A RISK OR DATA CONTROL RELATED ROLE
- EXPERIENCE IN HANDLING DATA CONTROLS AND LARGE DATA SETS
- Previous experience with the design, implementation and execution of data controls
- Previous experience with structured databases, SQL AND/OR VBA
- FLUENT IN ENGLISH (VERBALLY/WRITING) - GERMAN IS A PLUS

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Play a key role in the establishment of data quality controls for credit risk and firm-wide risk in response to regulatory and internal demands
- Execute data controls and conduct follow up investigations, acting as the first point of contact for run the bank operational support
- Work closely with Risk IT, Risk Analysis & Reporting and Risk Change to ensure implemented solutions meet requirements in an operationally effective manner
