Initiate and coordinate population, with data owners, the change notification of finished goods via web based application. Upon completion, review for accuracy and submit to master data for input into the system while meeting all service level agreements.
Distribute stakeholder communication of the completed notifications for appropriate set up of all downstream supply chain systems
Reserve all product related codes.
Maintain project trackers to ensure all service level agreements (completion & submission of data elements) are met by cross functional members. Identify error trends in data population that create slippage to timelines and assist in creating and facilitating action plans to address.
