Data Cleansing Manager

Data Cleansing Manager is urgently required for an organisation embarking on a sizable Finance Transformation programme.

Reporting directly to the Programme Manager you will be responsible for defining, planning and delivering the data cleansing activities, managing the day-to-day work and report progress across the senior stakeholders and sponsors. Working with the business you will be responsible for understanding current processes to collect and analyse data, identify critical data elements and available tools to facilitate cleanse and mapping activities, through to developing a 'to be' solution that meets the requirements of the business and it's change agenda.

Although this is a senior role with candidates needing to demonstrate their ability to produce the overall data cleansing strategy, you will also need to be hands-on and prepared to actually deliver the data cleansing activities. Candidates will need extensive experience in the development of the strategy, approach, and execution plan for data cleansing initiatives. Candidates must have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage and influence key stakeholders.
