My client a large national based telecoms company is in urgent need of a Data Centre Sales Specialst. It's initially a 6 month contract with potential for extension. The mission of the Solution Sales Specialist is to show the value of Data Centre
Solutions by engaging with senior business and technical decision-makers in enterprises, current and potential partners.
Job description:
- Drive the sale of customer DATA CENTRE SOLUTIONS, ensuring full solution life cycle is addressed in concert with the Solutions Delivery and Service areas.
- Promote the portfolio of products and services in DATA CENTRE SOLUTION, both in-house and partner based
- Meet and exceed all targets allocated against respective KPI's
- Give presentations at industry events or press/articles, develop and present DATA CENTRE SOLUTION advocacy events for customers
- Create and run successful sessions with customers and partners
- Build and maintain trust with decision makers
- Build and maintain deep understanding of: Concepts, issues and trends and Competitor propositions
Job Requirements:
- Customer focused, result orientated, strong interpersonal skills and effective networking and selling/negotiating skills
- Knowledge of Enterprise-class IP environments essential
- An in-depth knowledge of DATA CENTRE SOLUTION (supported by Industry-recognised IT and networking-related accreditations)
- Ability to discuss DATA CENTRE SOLUTION solutions at both conceptual and practical levels
