Data Centre Build and Provisioning Manager (Contract, Zurich)
For our client, a leading company with global headquarters in Zurich, we are urgently searching for a highly motivated and competent
Data Centre Build and Provisioning Manager (Contract, Zurich)
The DC Build and Provisioning Manager will own the provisioning life cycle of the Test, Quality Assurance (QA) and Production environments and will be Embedded directly within the DC Hosting Service Provider to create an organisational structure, as well as processes for efficient provisioning. Additionally, he/she will enable environments for and provide support to the Application Owners and Transformation Partners.
Managing risk, solving issues, monitoring delivery progress of the application environment builds, coordinating builds and efforts, managing request backlog and service requests, conducting readiness and milestone reviews will be key responsibilities of this resource.
Communication and work with the Hosting Service Prodiver to prioritise resource and build activities will be crucial deliverables in this role.
This is a contract position in Zurich.
The start date is ASAP.
The contract duration is 12 months.
The project language is English.
For this role, we are searching for a DC Build Manager with previous Build, Release and project management experience, as well as solid Data Center transformation and migration experience. Experience in hosting services and data center provisioning is necessary for this role. Formal project management training and knowledge of the software development life cycle are also necessary skills for this role.
