Data Center Senior Technicians

Overview:
The On-site Data Center Senior Technician performs technical service on server, storage, and related network equipment in a data center in Quincy, WA. 

The Senior Technician will ensure equipment is installed, repaired, or re-configured correctly and quickly, coordinating with other teams (customer and supplier) as needed. Experience on Equallogic server would be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

- installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of server and storage equipment in a customer's production environment
- updating, adding, and closing incident activity in one or more incident tracking systems
- coordinating receipt, stocking, and return shipping of equipment, parts, and other material
- monitoring of the assigned work area, parts cages, and related areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and security 
- project management of large-scale adds/changes in the data center, including workload assignment, task tracking, and communication
- coordinate as needed with customer and supplier counterparts for facilities, environment, network, and other services related to the equipment
- reporting on activity and performance of the maintenance activity performed from the site
