Data Center Support/Juniper

I have the following requirement in Mexico:

Data Center Support

Non Data Center site that will be first to get Juniper

Business wants resource in Mexico to support the site build and the environment going forward

SKILLS REQUIRED:

Strong security background, good knowledge of juniper Firewalls, Bluecoat proxies and F5 Big IP load balancers.
Fluent English writing and reading.
Strong knowledge in Cisco equipment (Routers and Switches). Cisco certification is strongly desired.
Candidate will ideally have 5-10 years' experience within a Network or Firewall Engineering role.
Certification in Juniper Firewalls, Switches and Routers Technologies and ITIL would be beneficial.
The ideal candidate will have strong Juniper network experience with Layer 3 IP Routing, and Juniper Routers/Switches. Also have skills in Layer 2 Switching and the design/implementation of large-scale solutions.

Experienced in the following:
BGP
OSPF
Virtual Routing
Subnets calculation
Firewall Rules
Source, destination and static NATs
VPN creation
Balancing traffic
Policy based routing
Multicast routing

DUTIES:
Support local WAN/LAN networking
Support local Server Farm
Support local PBX (IPT system)
