Data Center Move Project Manager (Brussels)

Je functie: Context
In the light of a Data Center move (Brussels to Bastogne), we are searching for a project manager/delivery manager to run and coordinate all the steps and aspects of this move.

Function Description
Your mission
° Assemble all information coming from different parties (internal and external) and identify risks and possibilities
° Build the full move run book, containing all steps from start till final testing and closure
° Negotiate with internal delivery partners on timings, possibilities and constraints

Start Date Mid April
Duration 12 months (can be extended)

Location
Brussels (near central station)

Travel
Possibly some travel to Paris
Je profiel: Required Knowledge and Experience

Education
Master degree or equivalent by experience

Languages Requirement
Fluent in Dutch and/or French and/or English
Basic knowledge of the other languages

Experience
Have run (multiple) DC move projects in an enterprise environment

Technical Experience
Mandatory
° Generalist knowledge on all aspects of IT networking and security
° Understanding the complexity of moving DCs, whilst business is not impacted
° Knowledge on concepts and technologies like virtualization, AS400, Cisco telephony, network segregation, …

Preferable
° Big affinity with security
° Hands on experience as a network / DB administrator
