Data Center Infrastructure Consultant Job

DATA CENTER INFRASTRUCTURE EXPERT needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Palo Alto, CA.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Supporting Data Center Environment
- Strong experience with Operating Systems (Linux OS, Windows, and Window Terminal Servers)
- Cisco network and NetApp storage

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Server and blade setup - from bare metal to OS installation, including Servers from major vendors such as HP, Cisco, IBM, and Fujitsu
- VMware virtualization infrastructure setup and administration
- Provide Data Center support for co-innovation solutions and projects with partners and customers

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- At least two (2) years of experience in corporate team environment
- Hands-On experiences working at data center environment supporting technical projects and end users
- Strong experiences with operating systems, including Linux OS, Windows, and Window Terminal Servers,
- Working knowledge of Cisco network and NetApp storage
- Strong aptitude for learning data center infrastructure technologies and utilizing them in the COIL projects
- Basic understanding of SAP system landscape setup and administration would be a big plus
