For our client, a global IT Data Center Provider in Frankfurt we are currently seeking a Data Center Facility / Construction Manager (w/m) on a freelance basis.

Duration: 3 Months

Job Description

- support the delivery of new client projects within budget and in line with the all policies, systems, processes and procedures that are maintained in the data center
- Plan and implement a range of CAPEX works and projects which include development, suite fit-outs, and bespoke customer fit-out work and plant replacement
- manage cost, quality and programme control
- development of project management systems and procedures to ensure all stakeholders achieve project goals
-manage and interface with subcontractors and clients as well as global colleagues to ensure project success

Required Skills

- proven track record of Facility or Construction Management in the area of IT Data Centers
- experience in fit-outs in regard to M&E (Mechanical & Electrical systems)
- experience with international projects is an advantage
- strong spoken German is a must
- strong customer facing skills
