Data Center Facilities Coordinator

For our client, an important multinational located in the Vaud region of Switzerland, we are currently seeking a: Data Center Facilities Coordinator.

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

Assist DC Facilities lead to manage the European Data center especially in:

- DC Facilities Project Management
- DC Facilities Change and Release Management

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE:

- Follow the Service Management processes for DC Facilities project controlled and delivered in the Data Center
- Help to support and organize the all DC infrastructure maintenance in European Data Centers
- Ensure delivery of DC facilities services for technical and functional projects
- Follow up compliance and audit items related to DC facilities in time
- Follow the Service Mgmt processes for controlled implementation of changes in the Data Center
- Provide DC facilities support in all European Data Centers in accordance with the Service Level Objectives defined with the Business
- Support the creating share value initiative by increasing the effentiency power usage in Data Center
- Help to manage collocation DC hosting services
- Provide regular reports to the DC EUR Facilities Lead in the relevant areas
- DC Facilities Incident and request Coordinator
- DC Facilities Coordinator Problem
