DATA ANALYST - MIGRATION - OSLO, NORWAY - COMMODITIES
A client based in Oslo, Norway is seeking a Data/Business Analyst to work on a data migration project on their commodities platform.
The successful candidate will ideally come from a Data Warehouse background and will be expected to provide a full assessment of the MasterData, review the Source-Target Mappings, and offer support of the data delivery process.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Organise working groups, interviews and workshops to gather the business data requirements
- Perform "As-Is" and "To-Be" data analysis, including the documentation of the overall landscape and any potential risks involved
- Design/Implement Data Assessment feedback reports as well as improving existing ones
- Perform analysis for Reference Data, Transaction Data, Master Data from their sources
- Work between IT and the Business
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 4-5 years experience as a Data Analyst
- Experience with SQL Server 2005/2008/2012
- Source/Target data Mapping
PREFERABLE EXPERIENCE
- Commodities
- Data Warehouse background
