Data Business Analyst

This National Company is seeking a Data Business Analyst to be responsible for all data requirements coming up for their confidential project. You will be reporting to the Project manager as well as many other stakeholders within the business. The requirement is for processes to be reviewed and redesigned.

The purpose of this role is to:

- Gather, collate & analyse current circulation data from a variety of sources.
- Review and assess the current circulation outlet classification data, business processes and business rules.
- Identify gaps and inconsistencies in the data & current processes.
- Develop and redesign the business processes to ensure that there is a standard national process for circulation.
- To identify and define the roles and responsibilities of each area within the process, the lead times, briefing requirements and engagement model.
- The BA will be required to have working knowledge and experience in all of the Main Knowledge areas listed below and display all of the Underlying Competencies.

In addition to the above, the following specific requirements will need to be met for this specific role:

Must have experience

- Strong Excel data analysis & manipulation skills
- Confident communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Understanding and knowledge of customer circulation models and processes

Desirable experience

- Understanding of channel, customer and circulation data
- Salesforce CRM system knowledge
