For a consultant institution in Basel we are seeking a highly motivated professional to take up the following challenge as a Data Architect Regulatory Process and Data Architecture Designer.

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Develop data and information management strategies, roadmaps and business cases
- Understand and evaluate business processes and translate business needs into information and data requirements
- Assess, design and implement master data management, data governance and data quality within complex system landscapes
- Define data ownership, data structures, standards and policies to maintain and improve data quality
- Develop & implement data quality solutions, metrics and dashboards
- Evaluate and design data architecture and data flow diagrams
- Advise on data classification, profiling and data cleansing exercises
- Provide support in product development, proposals and further research

REQUIREMENTS

- Master's degree in information technology or equivalent
- 5+ years' experience in a similar position (data governance, data management, data architecture etc.)
- Experience with business process outsourcing
- Strong planning, organisation and people management skills
- Very good communication skills for liaising with technical and business contacts incl. presentation, business writing etc.)
- Ability to work in different and challenging environments
- Fluent English is a MUST

CONTRACT DETAILS

- START: 3rd January 2017 DURATION: 6 months
- DAILY RATE: CHF 800 (all-inclusive)
