Data Architect - HCM Data Migration

For our client, a pharmaceutical company in Switzerland, we are looking for a motivated and ambitious:

DATA ARCHITECT - HCM DATA MIGRATION
PROJECT BACKGROUND:

As part of the implementation of a new Human Capital Management solution based on Workday, to support the solution design of interfaces, we are looking for a Solution Architect who will support the design and implementation of the Data Migration approach.

The project is about migrating the Global HR Core processes from a SAP solution to Workday. The functional architecture and data mapping are defined but requires additional detailed analysis and description. The data migration tools are currently under implementation and need support for finalizing the design.

The Professional Data Architect will be integrated within an international project team of 4 members (located in Basel and Warsaw) and work under supervision of the lead data architect. The main task is to map the information that needs to be transferred to Workday. The project is not starting from scratch, the team is already working on it since a few weeks.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Review of current data mapping approach
- Implementation of data migration with Accenture Data Comparison Manager
- Implementation of data verification scenario and setup, which could be implemented by the test team

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in global understanding of Human Capital Management systems (SAP, Workday), including associated data models
- Experience in HCM data model (knowing how the system is built up)
- Relevant experience in a multinational company
- Excellent English language skills

NICE TO HAVES:

- Experience with Accenture Data Comparison Manager
- Experience in Workday HR Software
- Former Pharma experience
- Experience with near/offshoring development team is an asset
