Data Architect - ETL - Contract

My client in Dublin City is looking for an experienced Data Architect with strong ETL experience for an initial 6 month daily rate contract.

The position entails strong coordination and partnership with technical and functional leads throughout the enterprise to develop a comprehensive view of the data quality policies, and data models. The post will be key in technical due diligence of third party vendor solutions to integrate user data.

The Senior Data Architect will be responsible for the design and implementation of the solution and the definition of the data governance model, working with stakeholders to ensure it is implemented successfully.

Requirements:

- Minimum of seven, preferably ten or more years of leadership experience in information strategy, architecture, and technology.
- A minimum of 7 years' experience providing Datamodelling architecture/administration/development in a Fortune 500 company working with stakeholders to ensure it is implemented successfully.
- Strong Database experience with relational as well as noSQL databases
- Experience with Data Analysis and Data Profiling
- Hands on experience indexing, partitioning and data design performance considerations for industry standard DBMS (Oracle and/or SQL Server)
- Understanding of data warehousing design and development best practices cle and/or SQL Server)
- Understanding of ETL design and development best practices cle and/or SQL Server)
