Datamodelling Architect
Data Requisites
Experience in Business analysis/Data analysis in telecom domain.
Good functional knowledge of various telecom domain service provisioning, CRM, billing & service assurance.
Experience in modelling tools like ARIS/EA etc.
Experience delivering logical data models for Telco projects
Knowledge of industry standards (eTOM/Frameworx, SID). Certifications from TM forum strongly preferred.
Experience of working in projects that implemented TM Forum SID based data models
Excellent understanding of IT principles such as databases, functions, UI, business rules, SOA etc.
Strong work ethic, results oriented, and attention to detail are critical
Responsibilities
Deliver an EDM (Enterprise Data Model) for a telecom service provider in the domains of customer management, order management, product life cycle management and service provisioning
Deliver EDM definitions for the Customer, Service, Enterprise, Product & Offering domains based on TM Forum SID data model, including data definitions and entity relationships.
Work with various IT project development teams to implement the EDM model, guide them for database designs, interface designs etc.
Develop templates to ensure EDM model is effectively communicated to all project stakeholders.
