Data Architect - Big data/Digital/Telecoms/Spark/Hadoop
Our Client is a growing data consultancy who have strong ties to the telecommunication sector and undertake various well-funded Telecoms Data projects within.
The current project is based in the South East London area and involves a transformation of their big data storage architecture as part of a large digital transformation of a data driven programme.
The role will require leading a team within the transformation of a data store. You will have full ownership over the full cycle of the project including; the software architecture, the design phase, the product choice and the governance of the project. As well as supporting all the systems at all stages of development. The project will include Real Time data processing and code reviews.
The successful candidate must have previous project experience using:
- Hadoop
- Spark
- REST
- Java 8
- Spring/Spring Boot and Spring Data Rest
- Microservices Architecture
