Data Architect

We are looking for a Data Architect for a 6 months contract role based in Netherlands.

REQUIREMENT:
TITLE: DATA ARCHITECT
LOCATION: AMSTERDAM - NL
POSITION TYPE: 6MONTHS CONTRACT

CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE EXPERIENCE IN THE ABOVE RESPONSIBLE ACTIVITIES, WHILE DEVELOPING MODELLING SOLUTIONS IN ONE OF THE FOLLOWING AREAS
1) Should have good understanding of Oracle Data Integrator, and should be able to develop, maintain and enhance complex modules/interfaces that integrates with other applications.
2) Should have had at least 2 to 3 implementation experience - End to end from development to production including deployment as lead Architect for the project
3) Should have good communication, writing skills in English

CANDIDATES SHOULD HAVE EXPERIENCE IN:
Excellent Team management and communication skills
Leads the development of data transformation processes in support of data integration and data warehousing efforts.
Leads the development of large scale data warehouse initiatives.
Defines standards and best practices for Data Integration
Adhere to the Middleware Development Standards and Policies standards and policies.
Creation of detailed technical specifications and design.
Solution designing, Development, testing of complex ODI interfaces.
Works with data modelling practitioners to realize functional data models, marts and warehouse structures
Provides database performance tuning and troubleshooting
Estimation and sizing of integration work.
Facilitate and document Business Process Design with respect to data and system integration.
Provide post-implementation and ongoing support as needed.
Provide pre sales support.
Provides guidance and assistance to team members.
Expert conceptual, logical and physical data modelling skills (normalized, de-normalized and multidimensional) required.
Experience with Oracle DB 11g required.
Architectural - Design of deployment architecture. Configuration of clustering and load balancing for Oracle Data Integrator environments. Sizing of hardware resources and bandwidth allocation

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Other related Technologies (Engineering)
