Data Architect

This person will be overall responsible for all data being supplied to/from AIM systems. All database servers, databases, datamodels ETLs will be architected and designed under this person's supervision.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, MIS, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field.
Seven years+ of Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) experience in dimensional modeling/data warehousing, developing data integration plans, engineering and managing hardware and software architectures and ensuring compatibility and optimal integration of multiple systems.
Five years+ experience in planning, developing, and supporting ETL systems to achieve data transformation goals including the design and architecture of operational data stores to support enterprise data integration goals.
Five years+ experience with Business Intelligence and Data Mining tools and other enterprise level BI platforms and tools.
Five years+ experience as a data architect involved in implementing company wide data policies, governance procedures, creating metadata repositories and working with data stewards to improve data quality.
Extensive experience with data mining techniques.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing.
Ability to use sound judgment.
Ability to manage time and workload effectively which includes planning, organizing, and prioritizing with attention to details.
Excellent organizational and analytical skills
Ability to work a flexible work schedule, on-call 24/7
