Data Architect

Due to increased project requirements, our client is searching for an experienced Data Architect to assist IT Developers and Business Analysts in the development, documentation and management of data integration.

The primary integration tool is Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) and key responsibilities include:

- Architecting and implementing an upgrade of ODI
- Assisting with data architecture principles and policies and provide expert advisory service on the use of institutional data
- Contributing to the review of all new systems developments and implementing new technologies

To be considered for this role you will have experience with the following:

- Extensive technical experience and understanding of data management
- Experience with the design and control of ETL and database processes
- Sound knowledge of Oracle technologies including ODI, and other elements of Oracle Fusion Middleware
- Experience with Microsoft tools and environments such as SSIS and DTS is desirable

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are expected coupled with relevant industry certifications expected.
