Data Architect

Our major financial services client is urgently seeking an experienced Data Architect to define, develop and propose a data policy and data governance for the organisation. To document current as is data lineage in the actuarial valuation processes and propose/create a to be process design that meets the requirements of Solvency 2. To this end also assist in creation of IT solutions in these processes. You will also engage with the Solvency II programme to influence and inform the definition and creation of the organisation's data dictionary, document and review End User controls in Finance and Actuarial as they pertain to the important S2 processes and act as a Solvency II data subject matter expert for programme stakeholders. You will have a background as a data architect in a life insurance environment and in data governance and regulatory projects

Solvency 2 Pillar II experience is essential therefore as is experience of data quality and data governance activities including design and implementation of data profiling tools.
