Specifically:
(1) Summarizing daily and weekly reports into a weekly report on dollars and production.
(2) Auditing prior weeks billing for accuracy.
(3) Auditing MIB transactions for accounting corrections.
(4) Managing weekly reports and database on tree removals and sending and receiving updates from phone company.
(5) Updating databases monthly on key performance indicators.
(6) Consolidating monthly data for reporting.
(7) Preparing data for regulatory reports, quarterly and annually.
(8) Ad-Hoc reports.
SKILLS:
MUST HAVE strong database and Excel skills, experience in auditing data, the ability to interrupt data for trending and forecasting. Should have at least 3 years of experience, be well versed in Reporting and have an Analytical background.
