World leading FMCG End-User, based in Spain, is seeking a Senior SAP Integration Consultant for a Lead Developer role on their biggest integrated supply chain project to:
*Define & implement processes, standards and best practices for information management solutions, translate key business problem needs into functional requirements specific to data acquisition, integration, reporting, visualizations, drill down or drill through capabilities and mobility extensions.
*Coordinates the end to end delivery of analytics solutions or services - and related processes - that are re-usable and adopted by the business users, from data sources identification & qualification to business process changes, creation and industrialization of complex analytics or visualization solutions on multiple platforms. Manage effectively BIS solutions teams or external partners development resources to meet timeline and affordability targets.
*Participates to Information capability maturity initiatives in EU, building up both Market & Enterprise business understanding and articulating actionable recommendations reconciling both local, sector and global perspectives as much as possible. Implement or leads those recommendations once aligned with Business stakeholders.
*Works closely with relevant BIS and Business partners to protect, govern & leverage our information assets and facilitate targeted business value realization for the Enterprise
*Continuously sought out within EU as an expert in Information management tools & practices and information requirements of functional area of responsibility. Responsible for the knowledge management for functional scope within the team. Leads education/training programs for Data & Analytics in EU targeted at team, BIS or Business partners development.
*Acquire BI reporting and Analytics industry or technology knowledge by leveraging external sources (eg Gartner, CEB, ) and internal training opportunities

Key skills required
*Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, or minimum 5 years related business experience
*Good CPG Business process knowledge acquired through multi-country or global ERP/Enterprise solutions programs
*Functional architecture skills - ability to analyze as is, understand information management capabilities, capture business demand and do/propose to be design (fit/gap analysis, blueprinting and design skill set)
*Good Understanding of data warehousing concepts (multi dimensional cubes, multi layer layout) and design principles
*Experience with data profiling/data analysis, data quality reporting, data standards for Customer, Routes
*Proven results in implementing solutions to support Analytics/Reporting requirements with high degree of collaboration
*In-depth understanding of fmcg products and sector, services and business processes directly related to functional area.
*Must be a strong team player with effective teamwork skills
*Demonstrated analytical abilities is must
*Autonomy and ability to adapt to change quickly and handle unforeseen requirements effectively
*Exhibit a strong "can-do", "will-do" attitude and strong sense of urgency in meeting deadlines.
*Must be detail-oriented, a quick learner, and self-motivated.
*Strong interpersonal skills, including excellent oral and written communication skills
*Ability to document processes, user test scripts, and data flows
*Fluent English is must
