DATA ANALYST (WORKDAY OR SAP)
On behalf of our client, a leading bank in Zürich, we are looking for a DATA ANALYST WITH A STRONG AFFINITY WITH HR SYSTEMS. The successful candidate will work on the implementation of a new HR business solution ran by the cloud-based technology Workday which went live in 2017 and will go through the implementation phase with further functionalities, enhancements and clean-up.

ROLE:
- Analyse data discrepancies for improving data quality
- Support in monitoring data transfer between Workday and SAP
- Configure HR applications (Workday and potentially SAP)
- Support the HR Business Technology team in other everyday business activities
SKILLS:
- At least 5 years of experience in a business/data analysis role
- Fluent in German and English (oral and written)
- Ability to carry out data quality control and validation
- Understanding of database models and design
- Technical flair regarding configuration of applications
- Thorough coordination and organisation skills
- Committed, assertive and communicative personality
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio and Project)
- Knowledge of HR systems and/or SAP or Workday
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to carry out data quality control and validation
- Understanding of database models and design
- Technical flair regarding configuration of applications
- Thorough coordination and organisation skills
