DATA ANALYST WITH RISK & SQL

The purpose of the function

The Data Support Analyst is aimed at collecting data, performing data cleaning, data and improve the availability of data sets that meet the quality criteria to support the Risk Management functions.

Main activities of the Data Support Analyst:

- Collecting data and preparing data for use by the various risk management functions.
- Identify and register data quality issues (feedback loop)
- Define data quality rules and perform data improvements (feedback loop)
- Support for data related IT processes (eg model implementation)
- Support for data submission (data requests from the regulator)

Data Support Analyst is a multidisciplinary and independent function, with knowledge and understanding of databases, database structures, risk management and needed is to support in performing the risk management functions and data submission to the regulator and internal customers/business stakeholders.

The Data Support Analyst acts independently within the tuned (project) work, and this has a pro-active approach to stakeholders and other members of the team.

Key Responsibilities and deliverables

- Responsible for collecting data and preparing data for use by the various risk management functions.
- Responsible for the identification and registration of data quality issues (feedback loop)

Additional knowledge requirements:

Risk Management, Finance Knowledge

Logical understanding of data structures (logical data modelling)

SQL

Regulatory Risk Management

Experience

Minimum 3 to 5 years experience

Experience in project work, Lean, Agile

Competences:

- Customer interest set Central

Work together

- Can work with large database environments, tables and data structures
- Tooling in the field of query operations (SQL)
- Resolving addressed, for example found in the area of data quality issues or interconnectivity of data or register
- Communication skills to align with stakeholders (data providers and users)
- Proactive, in cooperation with the other members of the team to grow the team as a whole by picking up knowledge sharing and joint issues
