DATA ANALYST/BEERSE, BELGIUM/3 MONTHS CONTRACT/30 TO 49 EUR (PER HOUR)

THE ROLE

The CLS EDN team manages all distribution activities of JnJ Pharma products from manufacturing to these Distribution Centers and from the DC's to customers.

THE EDN CUSTOMER DISTRIBUTION TEAM IS A PART OF THIS GROUP, FOCUSED ON:

Monitoring the distribution performance within the complete network

Maintaining the relationship between the EDN organization and the affiliate customer service departments/Janssen Supply Chain CM.

Supporting these organizations in translating sales forecasts and trends to distribution requirements, the sales order execution follow-up, emergency shipments, customer returns & complaints.

Within the customer Distribution team the Direct distribution specialist will be responsible for certain countries within our Fine Distribution network.

The main goal of the Direct Distribution Specialist is to support the OTIF (= Perfect Order) resulting in excellent customer experience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Single Point of contact for issue management or escalations for a certain (group of) affiliate(s)
- Alignment with relevant teams on recurring customer distribution issues.
- Drive the implementation of process improvements and lean optimizations that enhance the service to the customer, in collaboration with CLS transportation, the DCs and BUIT.
- Work closely together with the team in our distribution Center La Louviere
- Assure compliance (SOX) in daily order management activities in the network
- You are responsible for the daily follow-up of the deliveries, returns and complaints of our customers. If service is below target, you define corrective actions together with the different stakeholders and make sure they get implemented.
- Facilitate the periodic service meeting with the business, the affiliate supply coordinator and the affiliate customer service to discuss certain key figures, trends, issues,
- Use the reporting tools ( tableau ) to share information on the performance within the network to internal and external customers. Show that you follow the PDCA principles
- Own the distribution complaints process and ensure that this process is aligned with JnJ standards and followed by all involved parties.
- Use quality systems to log and follow up on GXP related issues:
- Initiate events records in Trackwise for all quality issues detected, investigate on the root cause of the quality issue and ensure as owner of these records the on-time approval and closure
- As Change Control record Owner and assessor to ensure the Creation, planning, coordinating, tracking, execution (if applicable) and closure of the Change Control record and associated assessment plan (child record) in TrackWise, to Identify subject matter experts (SMEs) and gathering assessments from all impacted sites and functions. As Assessor/Subject Matter Experts (SME), to ensure the Assessment of the impact of the proposed change for their area of expertise, to identify the technical feasibility of the proposed change ensuring that the change is supported by relevant data and summarizing the acceptability of the data in support of the change, to Identify required implementation activities for their area of expertise.
- As CAPA owner ensure that a root cause analysis was conducted prior to initiating a CA/PA. The owner is responsible to complete the record (CAPA, Task Action and or Effectiveness Check), to provide content and to designate the appropriate Quality Approver and any reviewer(s) if necessary. Maintain and write SOPs/WIs for GXP processes
- As the Owner of the Bypass order process, to ensure that the procedure is updated and followed/respected by all the involved parties.
- As the owner of the End customers returns procedure, to ensure that the procedure is updated and the roles and responsibilities are clear and respected.
- Initiate, update and review documents in Documentation Management System

NON TECHNICAL SKILLS AND ADDITIONAL DETAILS

- Bachelor degree in logistics management, business management or equivalent
- Experience in an international company and are used to work in a complex environment.
- Able to build strong relationship with internal and external customers
- Team player
- Be confident, organized, persistent and assertive
- Problem solver - structured & analytical way of working
- A result oriented person with a pro-active problem solving attitude
- Can work independent, knows the right priorities and escalate if needed.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills Fluent in English, both verbal and written, other languages are a bonus.
- Knowledge of SAP is preferable
- Preferred user level experience of Document Control systems, TruVault, Complaints Tracking system (Icarus), Events Tracking system Trackwise. Able to build strong relationship with internal and external customers
- Willing to work 1 day a week in La Louviere
- Ability to fit in well culturally in a complex organization
