My client a large global brand is looking for an experienced Data Analyst (System Migration) to join the team on a initial 6 month contract. You will be tasked to manage the Internal Change workstream for a large scale global programme, replacing the core Accounts Receivable (AR) systems in multiple markets, moving from a myriad of Legacy systems to a new global platform. This role will be part of the broader Transaction Processing team and will report into the Manager Business Migration.

The key responsibilities/deliverables of this role will be the ensure execution of the Business Migration methodology established and refined as part of the early system implementations and to ensure that all internal change is identified, planned for and managed, including: Internal Impact Assessment; Field Engagement; Business Process Change; Implementation Readiness and Training. The Data Analyst will be working closely with cross functional teams.

Internal Impact Assessment:

- Gather internal changes in partnership with Lead - Market Capabilities and Lead - Portfolio Conversion
- Develop POD process maps and functional models and identify key areas of change
- Develop internal impact catalogue and mitigation plans and align with relevant stakeholders

Business Process Change:

- Define and validate POA processes and perform Model Office
- Define POA process implementation strategy and align with leadership
- Execute POA process implementation strategy
- Work with business partners across the business to review process maps and act as a POC for business related questions

Implementation Readiness:

- Track workstream progress and effectiveness and readiness of market for migration
- Support business triage process and post migration support

Training:

- Responsibility for the development and execution of Training lies with the Training Lead, but the Internal Lead is responsible for ensuring that all changes and impacts are understood and baked into the Training plan

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIRED

- Experience of working on a large scale, business driven platform/transformation programmes
- Experience of working with field teams, ability to understand process, outcomes and impacts from the fields perspective
- Experience of leading and driving complex, multi-functional, international projects through to completion
- Relationship management and negotiation skills
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Experience working in a global/matrixed environment
