Data Analyst (Supply Management)

We are seeking a Supply Management Data Analyst for 9 months contract role in Duluth, GA.

Skills:

- MS Office, Client's apps will be Infor, SOM(Sales Order Management), MS SharePoint is a plus(maintaining a site), Converting PDF to Excel. Software: Excel - 50%, SOM/Infor- 30%, Word & SharePoint - 20%*
- Looking for a fast Paced, detail oriented and results focused individual.
- Manufacturing and supply chain experience highly preferred (2+ years).

Responsibilities:

- Creating/distributing and tracking the return of the trade order status reports with our Trade Partners.
- Analyze these reports and provide feedback to the Trades team and Replenishment Planners (RPs). Converting the file to a format that can be uploaded into Infor CRM software.
- Match these up against SOM (Client's proprietary Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tool used for order and inventory management) orders to ensure sizes, ship to etc, are correct. Use these to confirm the Trade Partner has received all of the orders transmitted by the Client.
- Handle incoming requests from management on an as needed basis
- Proactively manage open orders in SOM to ensure they all carry the correct naming convention

Plant floor capacity, receiving capacity, receiving appointments, etc. Maintaining the functional SharePoint site - Learn the replenishment planner role and provide back-up when team members are out
