Data Analyst - Staffing Models

Data Analysts with Call Center Forecasting and Staffing Models experience needed in Richmond, VA.

Selected individuals will be responsible for creating and maintaining staffing models for both inbound and outbound Call Centers in client's clinical division. Candidate must be experienced in creating staffing models, running time studies and using data from multiple sources to create staffing models. Candidate will present staffing model forecast to executive leadership and must have excellent communication and presentation skills.

This job is focused on identifying solutions to business problems and needs, very knowledgeable across products, more customer facing in recommending solutions, expert in data analysis, extremely independent.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Call center forecasting experience and creating staffing models
- Strong experience as an analyst
- Excellent communication skills and have experience presenting analysis and recommendations to senior leadership. Resume need to reflect patterns over the years of experience in forecasting,  modelling and staffing models in a call center environment
- Experience providing leadership in evaluating financial performance of complex organizations required.
- BS/BA degree in Statistics, Economics, or Business Administration
