Data Analyst - Si-Dem - London - 20p/h

Data Analyst - Si-Dem required for a Local Government based London, preferably with Parking Systems.

The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate the following skills:

- Advanced Excel
- SQL Databases
- Preparation and submission of qualitative management reports
- Statistical and Datamodelling
- An understanding of local government finance
- Producing management reports
- Ideally Si-Dem or alternative Parking Systems, and working knowledge of parking and markets procedures and legislation

KNOWLEDGE Required:

Comprehensive knowledge of the practical application of specific techniques relevant to service eg

Configuration management

Project support

Status reporting of projects and performance

Presentations

Knowledge and ability to use Windows based IT processing systems and the service internal systems e. Si-dem/PARIS/JAI/MIS.

Demonstrate substantial experience of technical skills associated with the post eg project management, conducting presentations and presenting information with clarity.

Demonstrates working knowledge of Road Traffic Act 1991, London Local Authorities acts, TMOs and CCTV Enforcement and markets procedures.

Experience of developing and implementing appropriate qualitative and quantitative indicators and producing management reports to facilitate informed decision making.
