Our client, a major Pharma global player is currently looking for a Senior Data analystfor a 11 months contract in Switzerland.
PROJECT SCOPE:
Project background:
this assignment is one of the largest business projects and involves the transition of the existing expiring Learning Management System into the state-of-the-art cloud based Cornerstone platform. All of the analysts will work in an common team and support alternatively each of the German speaking production facilities.
For this contract I am looking for a LEAD ANALYST TO LEAD A TEAM OF 4 DATA ANALYSTS.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
THE ROLE PLAYS A CRITICAL PART TO MIGRATE THE MASTER DATA AND ENTAILS:
- Enter and revise data in Excel spreadsheets
- Assist with revisions to Master Data structure for compatibility new business processes/new system
- Prepare transactional data for migration
- Assist with data quality checks to ensure accuracy of migrated data
- CREATE TEMPLATES, MAP DATA, AND CONDUCT AUTOMATED DATA COMPARISONS
REQUESTED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
- 5-7 years of experience with IT operations (eg ensure that tool is always working) and data migration
- 2-4 years of experience in pharmaceutical environment
- Profound experience with Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Reports, Vlookup)
- Detail oriented
- FLUENT IN ENGLISH AND GERMAN
MISCELLANEOUS:
- START: MASAP
- END: 31.05.2017
- Workload: 100% onsite in Switzerland/1 Day remote work is also an option
-Travelling: Yes, 20%. in the various manufacturing locations in Germany
