Data Analyst - SAP/Workday Experience (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

-Building up a reconciliation framework between Workday and SAP
-Responsible for the integration between Workday and SAP
-Providing professional HR Services with high customer service orientation
-Act as SAP specialist for all HR related topics
-Troubleshooting

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-Experienced with integrations and with reconciliation frameworks
-Know-how regarding Workday Reporting, Workday Integrations, SAP ABAP, Configuration of Workday HCM (familiarity with Business Processes, Security, Absence)
-Profound knowledge and practical experience in analyzing and designing HR processes
-Good skills in analyzing, designing and programming of software
-Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio and Project)
-Fluency in English
